Additional Notifications in Billing Management

There are additional notifications needed to ensure that a payor (student) is informed as to what is happening on their account:

  • Notification that includes receipt of payment

  • Notification when a payment is due

    We do have the Payment received notification along with the Upcoming payment due notification. Both can be configured in Core > Communication > Notifications > Billing Management tab.
