Project Codes in FE need to be stored in Billing Management

Many schools use the project ID in FE, not just the General Ledger accounts, and there needs to be a way to store this number in Billing Management.

    St. Meinrad School of Theology uses Project #'s in the Financial Edge accounting system. It would benefit us greatly if projects could be utilized in Billing Management.
