Current Balance NOT Remaining Balance

The Current Balance NOT the remaining balance should be what is visible to Students when they review their account. I have had numerous overpayments happen because of this.

    Hi Tami,

    I believe it does represent the current balance. Our students get a full scholarship for Tuition and Room and Board, so we make that due date significantly into the future. When they look at their accounts in the summer those balances do not show up as due. We have also utilized the payment plan options to help with displaying the current due for a payment plan student, it has worked well.
