Create a View Only Role

Add a Role that gives people view only role for the student conduct card.

We just switched to the new Blackbaud and are finding a lot of problems with the all or nothing access. We want many staff and faculty to see student information in the contact card, but they shouldn't have access to edit it. Same with registration.

Or even an edit only function so that students could update their own information as needed.
