I have occasionally put a duplicate Financial Aid item on a student account. Deleting it in the Financial Aid area on the dashboard area of the student account deletes it from the transactions but not in Enrollment Management. I have to manually go into Enrollment Management and delete the Financial Aid, if it lets me. Sometimes I get a message that it is part of a signed contract so I can't delete, I end up setting the aid amount as $0. The billing clerks should have the ability to delete right from the Billing Management screen and have it follow all the way through to Enrollment Management for the most accurate records.
