Enrollment Types are optionally reflected to Professors

Provide the option to show/not show enrollment types to faculty.

Do not display if a student is enrolled in a class for Pass/Fail only, but take the grade the professor enters and convert it to a P/F grade for the appropriate students.

    I see a big need for enrollment types to be easily accessible to faculty. I have had several problems with professors who can't tell/remember which of their students are officially auditing vs taking for credit.
