When setting up an Official Note Type, have an option to disable the Include on Grade Report/Transcript checkboxes.
We would like to use Official Notes for faculty to provide Deficiency Reports to an Academic Success Monitoring Team. However, the chance that such a note could inadvertently be added to a grade report or transcript is keeping us from using them this way.
Giving us the option to disable those checkboxes would make the notes useable for this purpose.
In addition, it would be great if Official Notes could include the class/section the student is in (maybe this is for another enhancement request).
