There are key moments in the Admission process where acceptances or enrollments trigger tasks in other departments, yet Blackbaud does not assist in automating these triggers/communications in any way.

We are wondering if something like the "Committee Review Notification" could be created for acceptances and also enrollments.

Perhaps it could have a little room for space between notifications, so maybe there's an option to be notified bi-weekly rather than daily, or even weekly...this way companies who like to minimize auto-notifications can "turn down the volume."

For us, however, it is tricky to work the manual notifications into our workflow, and we are hoping that Blackbaud will consider automating them. I can't imagine that there isn't a finance department that wouldn't want to know when there's an acceptance (since financial aid will then be triggered), or when there's an enrollment (since then payment plans are outlined or billing begins).
