Assigning contract types list: check boxes need to persist across multiple screens

When paging though the list of kids to assign contract types, unless one selects "All" to view everyone, when one pages to other screens the selections made are not preserved, leading to only partial assignments (which is notably WORSE than no assignments at all.)
