infraction - option for AUTHOR of the infraction to be notified (current options are Teacher, Coach, etc.)
The author of the infraction should to get an email notification (as the student does) so that they know the issue has been addressed/applied/denied. The options to notify do not currently include the "author" - very surprising. Please implement!
