Ability to print incoming student schedules

I need to print incoming student schedules. I can print a "student" schedule from their contact card, but I cannot print an "incoming" student schedule. Incoming student names do not appear in the student listing. However, if I generate schedules for "All" students, their schedules do appear. It would be great if I could print just one schedule.

    Hey Donna, how do you print a student schedule from their contact card for a returning student? I don't see an option on the Contact Card and your comment caught my eye so I wanted to ask.

    +1 to John Ronan. Was just told by support "it looks like this feature is functioning as expected" -- but I would expect to be able to print schedules for incoming students, so certainly not to my expectations!
