Financial Aid Awards list should inlude the option to display associated credit numbers and a disbursement date

Student Billing - Financial Aid Awards: We need to be able to include a credit number, credit description and a disbursement (transaction) date for financial aid that has been disbursed. This information is currently available only from an individual student's record. We need it so we can reconcile Financial Aid with actual transactions and with PowerFaids.
