"Citizenship" is not currently a filter option in the Candidate List or Candidates for Review lists, and really needs to be - given the high number of international applicants most colleges and universities receive. The ability to create country lists without having to create custom reports would be enormously helpful - certainly in our case as much as the Gender, Race and Is Hispanic/Latino filters provide.
