Students and parents should be able to see Anticipated Financial Aid and projected balance on their billing statements.
We are sending bills for students and parents to pay for the future semester 4-6 month before the start of the semester; students and parents should see the projected balance after subtracting anticipated financial aid. Anticipated Financial Aid items should be printed on the statement as well as projected balance, similar how it was in the old Blackbaud Student Billing system

This would allow our students to have a better understanding of their accounts and know exactly what they need to pay prior to registration.
We currently use an excel spreadsheet created by Financial Aid and given to the usiness office.

Agreed - we're trying to do a work-around whilst still utilizing the online statement. While we are a small, niche college with only 175 students, it is still tedious.

We had to do a work-around to display anticipated aid on statements: export data from Billing management, create our own statements in PDF and post them back to students' Files and Forms. This is a tedious task, considering that all the data is already in the Billing management. Attached is a sample of the statement we generate outside.
