Need withdrawn students to maintain degree information on transcript header but remove "In Progress" status

For withdrawn students, we need to be able to maintain their former Degree on the header of their transcript, however it should not say "In Progress" given their withdrawn status. If a "Withdrawn on" date field could be added to the Edit Degree menu, under the "Conferred on" field, it would be great to be able to not only maintain the degree information, but to have a withdrawn date to close it out.

    I came in today to put this same exact request through. In higher education, it is essential to communicate which degree/program a student started and to have it not state that the program is still 'in progress' especially for withdrawn students. A withdrawn date added to the options of the degree editing, would assist tremendously in communicating accurate information on transcripts.
