Currently you can only view learning profile as a report from student's account. Learning profile manager should be able to inactivate and delete a learning profile directly from student's account.

Current location for managing learning profiles is confusing - it is under Grades - Grades management. You have to go to Manage Learning profile to inactivate it (but not delete). If you want to delete a learning profile from student's account, you have to go to Approve Learning profiles. This header is misleading. It would be more logical to have "delete" function under "Manage Learning profiles".
