In our previous Blackbaud billing system which reached it's end of life last August we had more capability for sorting statement items. A billing code could be used to sort the items on the statement. Currently when using the date sort, I believe the date is then followed by the transaction ID #, which means everything has to be entered in a certain order to allow certain scholarships that can only be applied to a certain charges appear together on the billing statement.
