When entering financial aid items for a billing year it would be very helful to be able to see all of the fields that were entered to confirm that the setup is correct. If all columns were visble, scrolling down the list would make it fairly easy to see where items that were setup may not be correct. If the list were able to be exported, this could facilitiate this as well (entered as a separate idea).
