We need a communication tool which allows to send personalized emails / text messages to a selected group of students. The source for the recipients can be advanced or a regular list. A user should be able to select particular names from this list or select All students in this list. There could be many applications for this feature, e.g. a registrar needs to send email to all part-time students, or a bursar needs to send email to students who have a balance etc.

We used a Pushpage on several occasions, because it allows to send emails based on the Advanced list, but it actually it should be an email tool based on similar principle.
