I would be great to have a school forms section in Billing. I have forms that I do for my office; authorization to add a charge to a student account, credit balance authorization, and promissory note that I currently do in Core, but as more people start doing forms there, it is making it harder from me to find my forms in the myriad of forms. No one other than billing needs these items, so it would be best to have a forms section in Billing.

The other option that would be nice (if the above isn't possible) would be filtering that sticks in core, including filtering by creator. Having to reset it each time you go into one of the forms is not productive.
