Add a Award Certificate Template or capability to upload certificate pdf in the Award Section

We are going paperless from sending Award Certificate to students eg. Dean's List Certificate Awards. Can we add the capability to insert a pdf of the certificate in the Award section or a template in the report card section?

    This would be great for parents to find their student's cert within the Award section of their progress area.
