Adding Permit Parking Number to Contact Card by Mailbox #

Our student life needs a place to input Parking Permit numbers either on a contact card or student record

      Hi Sara,

      I found a way to do this you may need a System Admin to set this up.

      Under Core/Settings/General Settings/Custom Fields/Publishable Fields-you can add any field you would like.

      We added:

      Registered Vehicle Make

      Registered Vehicle Model

      Registered Vehicle Color

      Registered Vehicle Plate

      Parking Tag Number

      I then created a list that pulled that information and saved it so that it can be run by anyone with list access.
