We are constantly running into needing data extracted from our system and are always told that Blackbaud cannot do that put in an idea in the idea bank. Look up my cases and you can see that everything we need, this is the solution we are given. SO here I am again asking for a viable solution to our data needs. It is not difficult. If we enter data in, we should be able to extract the data out. Please provide us a way to either connect to our database directly OR to extract ALL data elements for our reporting needs.
