New lists need to be able to be managed by platform managers

When going into "Reporting < Managed Lists" in any of the modules (Core, academics, etc) you see all of your lists and any lists shared with others. You can then go into "Manage basic and advanced lists" which are really from the older systems but are still more powerful. As a Platform Manager, I can manage all of the "basic and advanced lists", editing them and deleting them if they are no longer needed. But those regular, newer list types from that first page. Nope. The only ones who can edit or remove those lists are the person who made them. Platform managers should be able to unshare or delete these lists just like they can the "basic and advanced lists". Support's answer is, well you can impersonate them to do that. And this is true...except if the list was made by someone who no longer works here and therefor no longer has access. I need to restore their access first so I can get impersonate them so I can them edit or delete the list. This is way too many steps. There should be a way for Platform Managers to do this, just like they can for "basic and advanced lists". This is obviously a bug and an oversight and needs to be corrected.
