Often teachers complete recommendation forms for applicants without a way to retain a copy of the completed forms. They would appreciate a way the system could allow them to print/save a copy of the completed form, or after submitting the system sends them a copy for their record, or lets them see what they submitted if they clicked the link again. Every year we are asked by teachers if we can provide a copy of the recommendation form they submitted.
We've had a few instances where somewhere in the process (probably user error in admissions) the recommendation disappeared. In there defense, right now the context menu just gives 2 delete options when you click it. If the teacher could save a copy before they submit, then if there are any issues, they could send the pdf.
