In our previous LMS, we had the ability to view an entire class in a header field in the equivalent of Blackbaud's "roster" page, and clicking on a student would display her information, while the header stayed in place and another student could then be quickly selected.

In Blackbaud currently student profiles are individual pages with several sub-tabs and while that is helpful, keeping the class list in a menu or header would enable quicker navigation between students if needing to check several students' grades or conduct.
