The Rubric skills sections should | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

The Rubric skills sections should have an increased character limit and stop users from entering text when the character limit is met.

Currently users can type past the character limit within the Rubrics feature. Once they save and exit the Rubrics section any text entered after the character limit is deleted. Faculty members have ran into this issue and lost content. The user should not be able to continue entering text once the character limit is met.
