Find and Replace an item

I have just spent a few days changing Postal Codes ex. Road to Rd if there was a find and replace I could have done this task faster.  We also have other changes to make to keep the data uniform but it takes days.

    Data scrubbing tools would be very useful.

    This would be wonderful. To be more proactive, if there is a way to clean the data at time it is entered by a user in the Inquiry or Application stage, it would save us untold amounts of time spent going through and reformatting the data.

    For instance, if all phone numbers were entered into a space that automatically inserts the dashes, or if a parent puts everything in all-caps, this is corrected before the Inquiry has to be processed.

    Ideally, we could select our own formatting rules for standardization and toggle them as needed.
