The text editor used for the emergency contact text (as well as other various places throughout the app) is terrible. For example, indenting text doesn't work correctly (it seems that it creates a div when you indent text, but it doesn't properly close the div; you can only fix this by editing the horribly-formatted HTML). Also, for some reason the first few lines show up as gray on the user end, even though this isn't the case in the editor.
