Currently when a user sets up message notifications to email they get an email that appears to allow replying to. However the reply to email is school@schoolnotifications.org black hole. A reply to email can be set for all notifications but that isn't useful since all replies would go to one email address. Either allow the reply to go to sender email, link to page to allow for immediate reply or at a minimum setup up auto-reply that email is unmonitored and to user onCampus to reply.
