List that shows login count by user with role and the ability to select a date range

We would like the ability to create a list to be used with pushpage to contact, for example, all current parents that have logged in less than "n" times between 7/1/2015 and 10/30/2015. The only option we have today is to create a list where a role group has not set a password (null or temp). The issue is larger than this unique group. Thanks.

It would also be beneficial to see if those users have a temporary password assigned to them, or if these users have never logged in and or have no password assigned.
