Move Ethnicity to the Contact Card as its Own Header

I would like Ethnicity to be moved to the Contact Card as its own header instead being in the Citizenship/Residency header. I would like to have the Ethnicity type and dropdown options live in General Info section or have it be on its own like the Address etc so that its more prominent for users to see and enter the information.

    Our school along with our parent body is very disappointed that there is no way to select their own ethnicity except by going to the Citizenship/Resident filed. It is not intuitive and is easily missed by the majority of our parents when they update their own profiles. Therefore, it is hard to collect demographic data because of this system limitation
