EE has a very useful "Copy Address" function, when creating relationships.  This function copies the address and phone numbers/emails.  Once RE is connected, that function stops copying phone numbers and emails.  Since we are working with student information, we enter all contact information into the student's record, and then copy it to the parents' relationship records, as well as any sibling's or authorized adults.  Breaking the copy function means we have to re-enter phone numbers and emails multiple times.  If you choose to stop copying phone numbers and emails with addresses, at least add a "copy contact info" function.
