Ability to Allow Parents to Edit Their Own Formal Salutation

I would like to have a radio button created so that parents can be allowed to edit their Formal Salutation-- as currently they cannot edit it themselves, the school has to edit it on their behalf.

    PLEASE can we get this?  We are making guesses as to how the parent wants their salutations and then print a directory only to find out they prefer it another way.  We'd like to give the access to type as they want and that way the directory prints just as they have put in.
