A placeholder for the entire content of the forms, all fields, signatures, address, etc.

A single placeholder for all would be good enough. It would save the form creator from having to log in, give the end user a copy of what they signed in their confirmation email and overall better archiving of the data in a system most people are comfortable using (i.e. email)
