Some changes to the Senior Systems Profile create new entity id's which in turn can create new user profiles on our side. Schools do not have access to see entity id's in Senior systems unless they are looking at raw data. If the school could see the entity id on the Potential duplicate screen they can reach out to Senior Systems to determine which profile on our side should be merged.
