Create an 'on-leave' role:
It would be useful to be able to give a faculty member who is going on maternity leave or extended sick leave less access to their account, but not have to remove roles and change a bunch of settings that would then have to be -added at a later date.
A person on leave would need access to a bit more than the general public (for eg. access to the calendar, resource page) but should have the same access as an employee.
It would be important to make sure a person with this role could still access their parent persona.
It would also be nice if they could be temporarily removed from the directory or at least indicated that they are on leave.
