I would like to create and pull a report that would include the field 'primary_provider_policy_number' from Medical Summary. Every year we need to pull OHIP numbers and send them to Toronto Public Health. I currently store OHIP in a custom field but it would make more sense to store this in Medical. I would also like this to be available to parents to check and confirm that the number is still up-to-date. (even better, could you just add a field called OHIP or a drop down for the Canadian provincial acronyms)
