One of our teachers lost his entire class page bulletin board content, and we have no idea how. We asked BB support to check our backup, but apparently the content was lost more than about two weeks ago.
I see several related ideas out there about backups:
K12CO-I-1570 - Create the ability to perform better backups.
K12CO-I-1556 - I would like to be able to back up our data in addition to Blackbaud backing up our data or allow us to retrieve our data within the past week.
This is absolutely insane that they don't have a better backup solution. I feel that it is a huge step back from a hosted EE environment where you backups more often and the ability to request backups to inspect yourself!

Please consider implementing a clearer and more consistent backup process!
