Everyone would find this much easier. I have sent this idea in 3 times and don't see it anywhere. Chalkable (formerly STI) has a query that utilizes checkboxes for each piece of data on a contact card. All you do is click on the box for the info you want - and if you click in the order you want it, that's how the columns will be on the spreadsheet. SOOOOO much easier than the ordeal of Lists that we have to do now. So if I want a list of grandparents with their address, student and student grade those are the checkboxes I check and it populates in that order.
