Show all signatures on School Form, but only require one

I would like to have an option to show all signatures for a School Form - but only require one for the form. This way any recipient could sign the form, and submit, even if the other signatures were not added.

    I think one use case has this ability: form with just a Parent Signature block on it. The block can be set to only require 1 signature. It will always have space for all signatures.

    Use case this enhancement would address: form with both Parent Signature and User Signature (aka Regarding) blocks on it. The User Signature is always required, and cannot be changed. And then you'll need at least one Parent signature too.
