School forms signed by student AND parent

It would be useful to have a form that needs both a student and parent signature - such as there are forms that require both parents signatures. 

This would be useful for example for our grade 12 off-campus study block permission, where we require the student to agree to the terms and the parents to allow it. Its a bit cumbersome to create two forms separately and then have to match the info

    This is possible. In Recipients tab you indicate "both" and then Add students.

    In the form, you put a User Signature block and a Parent Signature block. We've had a few up like this for a year.
