Re: School Forms - allow parents to edit pre-populated information on Student Information and Emergency Contact Forms

Currently parents must mark "inactive" and then have to "add new" if information on those forms have to be changed.  Or parents must go into their profiles and their children's profiles to make changes.   Parents should be able to just edit their information directly on the form.

    The Emergency Contact school form type has inherited a bad edit flow designed into the updated UI within Profiles/Contact Cards. Going back there doesn't help; you cannot edit names, numbers but have to deactivate, delete and add again. This needs to be fixed in both places before I enable any Parent editing at all.

    The old Core/Users/Profile flow only available to admins is still better in many respects, including adding multiple phones to a single name. (Note that if another User such as a Parent is referenced in an Emergency Contact list, you cannot delete it, which makes sense. But could use a tag indicating what it is.)
