I would like to give my Faculty access to the Comment reports available in the system without needing the Comment Manager role.

For Example, The Comments - By Author Report does not allow Faculty to see the comments even if they were the ones who made them. I want them to access this without having to give them a new role or clone the existing Comment Manager role.
