Restrict which info can be hidden from the Directory on a per role basis

For example, we want to stop members of the Parent role from hiding their contact info from the Faculty role members. We want to be able set which fields cannot be hidden from one role to another.

    This is a problem for our teachers. Sometimes parents remove their contact info from the directory, and then teachers can't get in touch with them.
