We have a Grandparents Day and send invitations.  We like to address it to the grandparents (M/M Tom Smith, 111 Main St, Anytown, AL 35000) and include a mention of their grandchildren and the child's grade (Susie Smith, Grade 3). So we need a flattened list to do a mail merge with all that information on one line for each grandparent couple.  As it stands now, we can either get the M/M for the envelope and have to type in all 330 students or we can get each grandparent on a line with all the children and then have to "marry" the individuals by typing M/M and then deleting the other grandparent from the speradsheet.  VERY time consuming.
