Remove School Forms From Users' Files & Forms After the End of the Publish Date Range Merged

We would like School Forms to be removed from a user's Files & Forms after the end of the Publish Date Range. These forms are locked after submission of the School Form, and after several years with a school, the Files & Forms for these users would be unwieldy. We believe it would be much easier for parents to just see their active school forms, or at least have the option for disabling their view of inactive forms.

I totally agree with Vincent.  This is indeed a bug not an enhancement.  The form just doesn't work as intended.

Vincent I think you are on the right track - when we mark a form Inactive - then the Recipient should not be able to view it.  Even if they previously entered a response - once we make the form inactive - they shouldn't be able to see it.
On a related note - if the form is not completed - then once the Publish Date Range is passed - the form is no longer visible to the recipient.  I just wish it worked that way for all forms.

This should maybe even be considered a bug, not enhancement idea. And so I submitted a support ticket.

    From the contextual Help:

    Status

Active - Recipients can use the form.

Inactive - Recipient can't view or enter data.

Publish Date Range - This determines when the form is visible to recipients.

Currently, deactivating a submitted form, and/or expiring via Publish Date, still leaves it in user's Files and Forms, contradicting both Help notes above.

(Though I wonder if I am seeing these forms I only tested with myself as recipient  because of my permissions....)
