We would like School Forms to be removed from a user's Files & Forms after the end of the Publish Date Range. These forms are locked after submission of the School Form, and after several years with a school, the Files & Forms for these users would be unwieldy. We believe it would be much easier for parents to just see their active school forms, or at least have the option for disabling their view of inactive forms.
I can understand keeping the forms up, but when a new form is posted it might be a better idea to have only the new form open in the window, rather than the list of all old forms. Maybe have a section at the bottom of 'completed forms' and have the uncompleted at the top.
This problem is exacerbated by the fact that the "print" and "review" buttons for each form are the same color, so searching for a new form amongst all of the submitted is even more challenging.
It would also be nice if new forms to be reviewed could be at the top of the list.Â
We were part of the EAP and now have two years worth of school forms that exist on student's records. It's getting very unwieldy to look at from the parent's perspective. Can we please allow these forms to disappear - even from year to year if we could hide the previous school year's forms that would be SO helpful!
I agree it would make sense that they would view only active ones by default and for there to be an archive or past forms. A sort by year would also be useful.
