I would like to adjust our school's internal banner, the one users see once the are logged in, to let them know that they can click on it to get to the home page for our site. Currently, when you adjust the banner in core under web app style, it adjusts the internal banner and the banner that shows when the user first logs in. Since these do not function the same, (a user cannot get to the home page by clicking the login banner), I would like there to be a way to update these separately.
