We include transfer courses on our transcript. We do not indicate the grade earned, we just include the course name and the credit earned. Right now I have to input each course individually. This is very time consuming. In another system we used, I was able to upload the transfer courses using a CSV file that tied to the student's ID. It was A LOT less time consuming to add all of the courses to a spreadsheet and then import them all at once and I was able to import courses for multiple students at the same time. I liked the ability to have the control of doing the import myself.
